Macclesfield (SK11)
Salary: 16K – 20K per annum (depending on experience)
Permanent, Full time (37.5 hours per week)


The Company:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Sales Executive to join a growing aviation media & events company based in Macclesfield. The company is currently expanding into the UK market and requires a talented, enthusiastic individual.

Job Purpose:
The Project Sales Executive / Project Admin Assistant will be report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for all sales / admin related tasks and will be required to assist / lead on different projects.


Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning & selling advertising space in company related media
Launching company media & products to the UK market
Selling events / exhibition space
B2B commercial sales (including presentations, meetings & tenders)
Lead generating & retaining clients
Liaising with existing clients to arrange the design and placement of advertisements, corresponding payments & continuing support
Budget management & negotiation
Building & maintaining client relationships
Liaising with global suppliers, building a supplier portfolio and network
Tracking media & sales figures
Coordinating with media production partners to ensure volume is achieved
To assist on all company projects
To fulfil all admin related tasks
To liaise with suppliers to ensure purchase orders are received on time
To assist the Project Manager on HR & office duties
Maintaining office records
Researching & recording findings on relevant projects
To create presentations and company documents
Liaising with suppliers & other key members of staff within the company
Developing and maintaining an understanding of the market place and identifying opportunities.
Attending industry networking events (Globally)
Researching to improve & maintain industry knowledge

Skills/Experience:
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales / Admin base role
Must be flexible and innovative
Must be inquisitive and resilient to handle client objections
Must be self-motivated and confident within the role
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of people from varying backgrounds
Must have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Must have commercial awareness and networking ability
Must be strategic and creative
Must be organised with excellent written & verbal skills


Desirable: – not required but advantageous
Experience within the aviation or event industry
An interest or qualification in photography (amateur)
Multilingual


Working Conditions:
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Must be flexible on working hours (some weekend & evening work required)
Must be happy to travel when required (UK, Europe & International)
